Le Negresco creates a beach in two times. In 2022, it will be a “botanical garden by the sea” in the tradition of the Grand Siècle, the following year the architecture and landscape will be at their ultimate beautifulness.
Le Negresco beach has been designed by AL. b architect in the same spirit of excellence as Le Negresco. The architect and designer Anne Laure Blondé, who is a DESA HMNOP architect has indeed envisioned “a botanical space combining elegance and sophistication overlooking the sea”. Thus, she designed the pergola structures and all the equipment around this theme as a prolongation of Le Negresco.
In line with its constant pursuit of excellence, Le Negresco has enlisted the help of the best specialists to provide the finest service. Hervé Frézal, a florist and Best Craftman, is in charge of floristry. Under the watchful eye of Chef Virginie Basselot, Best Craftman, the restaurant offers a range of dishes to be shared, as well as a surf and turf menu: fish by the weight, beautiful pieces of matured meats.
From your sunbed, and exclusively in Nice, you will be able to enjoy “Rolls and Finger Food” by Homer Lobster, which was awarded best “Lobster Roll” in the world in 2018. Finally, children will be more than welcome with a tasty and creative platter specially realized for them.
Le Negresco beach will be as elegant as gastronomic, offering the best local products, along with unique recipes and signature cocktails matching the vibrant colors of the beach.
