A Seasonal Residency at Mareterra Monaco

BOKETTO has launched a four-month residency in Mareterra, the newly developed district on Monaco’s coastline, designed by Renzo Piano. The space brings together mid-century design and contemporary art, presented in a way that’s immersive, informal, and built for dialogue.

Unlike a gallery or showroom, BOKETTO Monaco is a curated living
space. Each piece — whether collectible furniture or contemporary
artwork — is placed in relation to others, encouraging new ways of
seeing and valuing form, material, and narrative.

The residency focuses on limited, highly considered works:
-Rare mid-century pieces with custom upholstery and materialupgrades
-New works by selected contemporary artists
-A rotating mix of sculpture, painting, textile, and functional design

Collectors and investors are invited to experience the works in context
— not on plinths, but within a real setting. This approach allows for a
more personal, instinctive connection to each piece and how it might
live within a collection or space.
Throughout the season, BOKETTO hosts exhibitions, installations, and
curated interventions, inviting artists, designers, and collaborators to
respond directly to the space. These moments shift the atmosphere,
add new layers, and offer collectors and cultural audiences a chance to
experience one-of-a-kind presentations that evolve over time.
