This year, he is reinventing the traditional log: composed of a chocolate biscuit and caramel with fleur de sel, the log is sprinkled with a delicate crunch of pecan nuts as well as a delicious 72% dark chocolate cream from Venezuela. A foam is added with light vanilla, little „choux“ garnished with caramel and chocolate as well as a cream with tonka bean. A treat for those with a sweet Ambition!
This winter, Monaco lights up even more beautifully for the end-of-year celebrations. The decorations dress the city, in hommage to Prince Rainier III. In the heart of the Christmas village, on the Quai Albert I, majestic rides and decorations will welcome visitors from December 7, with the rhythm of parades, night concerts, shows and creative workshops.
