The Radisson Blu Hotel Nice and chef David Rodriguez from his restaurant Calade are welcoming Julia Sedefdjian for the Summer Season 2022, who returns to cook in Nice for the very first time since settling in Paris.
It is also the first ephemeral residence for the Cheffe and the first pop-up restaurant for the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice.

The Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice, an iconic address at the famous Promenade des Anglais, offering a rooftop Surface of 700 square meters and overlooking the sublime „Baie des Anges“.
The restaurant will offer 40 seats on the terrace and 30 seats inside, where customers can enjoy a menu specially created by Julia Sedefdjian with the complicity of Chef David Rodriguez.
Composed of four entrances, four dishes and four desserts, this menu will highlight regional and seasonal products, such as Swiss chard, courgette flowers, grilled sea bass, rock octopus, panisse and other delicacies which are dear to the heart of the Chef.
The Menu Card will offer contemporary and creative French cuisine tinged with local products and recipes from Nice, where Julia Sedefdjian draws his inspiration.
Julia Sedefdjian obtained her first Michelin star in 2016
when she was only 21 years old and she was a chef at the „Fables de la Fontaine“ in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
In 2019, the Chef obtains a new Michelin star for its restaurant, „Baieta“ , located in the 5th arrondissement.
Being a native from Nice, she began her apprenticeship at the age of 14 with the Chef David Faure at „Aphrodite“. His passion for local products from Nice, her creativity and the passion to detail brings her dishes immediately to he Attantion of Chef David Rodriguez.
