Following on from the arrival this summer of Sporting Director Paul Mitchell, AS Monaco is changing its structure and strengthening its management in order to support its efforts in development.

Appointed Sporting Director during the offseason, Paul Mitchell is in charge, under the direction of Vice-President and CEO Oleg Petrov, of the entire sporting policy of the Club: from the management of the technical staff and the first team to the implementation of the team’s sporting structure and a philosophy of play for the teams of the Club. Paul Mitchell also oversees the Training Center, Recruitment, Team Management and the Performance Department which, under the leadership of James Bunce, will bring together the physical development and medical departments.

Olga Dementeva, who had held the position of Technical Director, is now appointed Deputy Director General in charge of external relations. In these new functions, Olga Dementeva supervises the Institutional Relations, Organization and Security, Player Care, Communication and Public Relations departments. At the Club since 2012, Olga Dementeva has held several senior positions within the Club, including that of Head of Administration.

Viacheslav Ivanov, Deputy Managing Director, continues to oversee the Administrative and Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Strategy and Projects, Commercial and Operations departments.

Appointed Marketing Director in February, Markus Breglec reports directly to Vice-President and CEO Oleg Petrov.
