To delight young and old alike, there’s nothing like a Christmas with a view of the Mediterranean. Head to the rooftop of the Fairmont Monte Carlo for the traditional Christmas Brunch. Its elegant setting facing the sea, designed like a winter garden, appeals to epicureans looking for a warm place to enjoy festive and generous gastronomy with the family: a seafood buffet, homemade terrines, roasted meats, Bellevue fish, mature cheeses, gourmet desserts, and chocolate Yule logs. Two dinners, two atmospheres, for an exceptional New Year’s Eve
In one of its most elegant reception Spaces, the Fairmont Monte Carlo is hosting its now-famous New Year’s Eve Dinner Show. A festive event that attracts an international family clientele, charmed by the refined setting, the gourmet buffet, and the numerous entertainment that punctuates the evening: cabaret, magician, DJ. For a moment of pure bliss and a grand celebration of the New Year in Monaco.
Renowned Chef Nobu, prepares an exceptional eight-course Omakase, designed to combine iconic dishes of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with the essential ingredients of holiday gastronomy: salty caviar, snow crab, oysters, and foie gras. Fabrice Didier’s Gold and Chocolate Snowflake Yule Log
Deliciously indulgent with its flavors of dark chocolate, tonka bean, and Piedmont hazelnut, Pastry Chef Fabrice Didier’s Yule Log is adorned with a shower of gold this season, a nod to the very special tone of this festive season: the 50th anniversary of the Fairmont Monte Carlo.
Under a delicate layer of light and melting mousse, the Christmas snowflake reveals the elegant and technical work of the Pastry Chef: a Piedmont hazelnut biscuit, a chocolate-hazelnut crisp, a 62% Madagascar dark chocolate cream, and two thin layers of mousse, one chocolate-tonka bean, the other hazelnut.
Fabrice Didier explains: „I’ve always had a passion for desserts that provide both pleasure and comfort. The chocolate-hazelnut combination is a great classic, a must-have for holiday tables.“ With premium ingredients and a carefully crafted balance of crispness, softness, and lightness, this Yule log is my ideal version of a Christmas dessert.“
The Christmas snowflake will be available for pre-order starting December 1st, to be picked up between December 15, 2025, and January 15, 2026, in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge.
